Anna Harris is an artist based in Cornwall, UK. She is interested in material agencies and in decentralising the human point of view. Her work often centres on stone, a material that sits at the intersection of nonhuman and human timescales – shaped by deep geological processes yet caught up in the speed of extractive capitalism. Through this lens, she questions systems of geological taxonomy and hierarchy.
