Rocks that do things
Rocks that do things began life as an interactive postcard prompt at the visual art festival Flamm, held in Redruth, Cornwall, in 2023. The public’s responses have informed the subsequent series of collages exploring stones, agency, and the language used to describe to the more-than-human.
These collages use Rishi Sunak's words from the gov.uk press release about new North Sea oil and gas licences in November 2022.
